Sound Familiar?

Keeping Cards Current Shouldn't Cost a Week

You joined EMS to take care of people, not to juggle class dates, shift trades and expiring cards.

The Logistical Problem

Two Days Off the Truck

A 16-hour PHTLS or AMLS class means covering shifts, booking travel and hunting for a date near you. Cards lapse while the schedule sorts itself out.

The Emotional Problem

Will It Change the Next Call?

You have sat through classes that read the slides aloud. You want to leave able to pack a wound, read a sick kid and run the scene, not just hold a new card.

The Deeper Problem

Patients Get the Crew That Shows Up

The trauma patient, the septic grandmother, the child who is too quiet. Each one gets whatever training the crew brought that day. It should be the best there is.

We Understand

We've Run the Calls These Courses Teach

We're EMS providers and educators who have worked the trauma, medical and pediatric calls these courses are built around. We teach them the way we would want our own partner trained: small skill groups, real equipment and scenarios that feel like the street. We come to your station or host you at our training center, with instructors across the USA.

The Stakes Are Real

What a Lapsed Card Costs Your Crew

Without Code Blue Training

Cards That Lapse

Miss the four-year window and an 8-hour refresher turns into the full 16-hour course again.

Overtime to Cover the Class

Two days in class means two days of shifts to backfill, paid at overtime rates your budget did not plan for.

Slides Instead of Skills

A lecture-heavy class leaves you with a card and nothing new to use on the next call.

The Wrong Course for the Job

Officers sent to a paramedic class, medics sent to a bystander class. Time spent, gap still open.

With Code Blue Training

Renewed Inside the Window

Book a refresher before your card expires and keep it current without repeating the full course.

Training at Your Station

We bring instructors and equipment to you, or host you at our training center, so your crew trains without losing a week to travel.

Hands-On, in Small Groups

Skills stations and patient scenarios in small groups, taught by working EMS educators who know the calls.

The Right Course for Every Role

Tell us who is on your roster and we match officers, EMTs and medics to the NAEMT course built for their job.

Questions

NAEMT Course Questions, Answered

Four years for most NAEMT provider courses, including PHTLS, AMLS, EPC, TECC, GEMS and EVOS. TCCC cards are valid for three years. Completing an NAEMT course also comes with a complimentary one-year NAEMT membership.

Most do, for EMS practitioners. NAEMT awards CAPCE-accredited CE equal to the course hours, and NREMT recognizes it for recertification. PHTLS-FR and TECC-LEO award CE to EMS-licensed participants only, the CP series awards CE per module, and FOTS carries none. Each course page shows its hours.

Partly. PHTLS, AMLS and EPC offer a hybrid option: 8 hours of lecture online at your own pace, then 8 hours in class for skills and scenarios. Our other NAEMT courses run in person. EMS Safety Officer is an online course sold by NAEMT's publisher.

The provider course is the full class, usually 16 hours over two days. The refresher, usually 8 hours, renews your card for another four years. It requires a provider course completed within the past four years. PHTLS also accepts an equivalent such as ITLS, EPC accepts PEPP, and TECC accepts an equivalent tactical EMS course. Outside that window, you take the full provider course again.

TCCC is the Department of Defense curriculum for service members. TECC applies the same principles to civilian high-threat scenes for EMS clinicians, and TECC-LEO is built for officers and other non-EMS responders. NAEMT also notes that TECC can help prepare for the IBSC TP-C and TR-C exams. Tell us about your team and we will match the course.

Open a course, pick a session and select Reserve Seat. We hold your seat and email you the details. Contact us before the hold ends to pay by card over the phone or an agency purchase order. If no date works for you, request one.

Cancellation and reschedule terms depend on the course and are shown before you reserve. Contact us as early as you can and we will help you move to another date when seats are open.

Yes. Our instructors live and work across the USA and bring training equipment to agencies, hospitals and academies. Private classes have a minimum group size that depends on the course. Request a date and we will confirm the schedule and a quote, including any travel cost, before you book.
