Overview

TECC teaches EMS clinicians to care for patients on civilian high-threat scenes using C-TECC guidelines and the three phases of care. The 16-hour course covers tourniquet immediate-action drills, MARCH assessment, airway and needle decompression, care of wounded responders and casualty evacuation. Taught to the current NAEMT edition. NAEMT notes TECC can help prepare for the IBSC TP-C and TR-C exams.

Questions About This Course

The current NAEMT edition. NAEMT released the 3rd edition in 2026 to replace the 2nd.

Open a course, pick a session and select Reserve Seat, then pay on our secure payment page by card or bank account (ACH). Paying online adds a processing fee, and you see the exact total before you pay. Your seat is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
