What We Teach

One Team for Every Stage of Your Career

Start with your first EMT class, move up to advanced care and board certification exam review, then recertify on time. One team handles the courses, the scheduling and the CE at every stage.

  1. Step 1: Initial Training

Start with EMR, EMT or AEMT, earn your first BLS card and prep for skills competency in the sim lab.

  2. Step 2: Advanced Training

Move up with ACLS, PALS, PHTLS and AMLS, then review for flight, critical care or tactical board exams.

  3. Step 3: Recertification

Earn CAPCE-accredited CE online or in person, renew AHA and NAEMT cards, and review for an IBSC retest.

Sound Familiar?

Cards Lapse. Calendars Collide. Training Becomes a Checkbox.

Whether you run the training program or run the calls, you need people who can perform on the worst day of someone's life, not another stack of paperwork.

The Logistical Problem

Too Many Vendors for One Crew

One company for AHA cards, another for NAEMT, another for CE, and nobody for simulation. Every vendor brings its own calendar, its own invoice and its own records to chase.

The Emotional Problem

Am I Sending Them Out Ready?

The cards are current and the hours are logged. But when the next pediatric arrest or multi-system trauma comes in, will the crew actually perform? That doubt follows you home.

The Deeper Problem

Your Community Is Counting on Your Crew

People who call 911 deserve providers who practiced the hard skills with educators who know the work, not crews who clicked through a requirement to keep a card valid.

We Understand

We Know the Road From EMT to Recertification

We're working EMS educators. We know what it takes to pass your first NREMT exam, move up to advanced care and keep every card current between calls, and what juggling vendors costs the officer who books it. So we built one company for every stage, with instructors across the USA who teach at your station, at ours or live remote.

How It Works

From First Call to Trained Crew

1

Pick a Program

Browse CAPCE CE, NAEMT, AHA, IBSC exam review, initial EMS and simulation lab courses. Every course page lists formats, hours and what you walk away with.

2

Choose or Request a Date

Enroll in a scheduled session, or request a date for yourself or your crew. We train at your station, at our training center or live remote, and CAPCE CE also runs online.

3

Train, Test, Move Forward

Train with working EMS educators and leave with the card or certificate your course issues. Online CE credit lands on your dashboard automatically, and the next level or renewal is one request away.

Where We Train

On Your Schedule, at Your Station

Our instructors come to your station anywhere in the USA, teach at our training center and run live remote and blended classes. Pick the setting that fits your crew and your budget.

On-Site at Your Agency

We bring instructors and training equipment to your station, hospital or academy, anywhere in the USA.

Best for Agencies and hospitals training a group on the same dates.

  • We Come to You
  • Private Classes
  • Your Dates

The Stakes Are Real

Piecemeal Training vs. One Partner

Without Code Blue Training

Expired Cards Found on Shift

A lapsed BLS or ACLS card turns up at shift check, and the provider can come off the schedule.

Another Vendor, Another Invoice

Every course type means another vendor, another contract and another record to chase at renewal time.

Practice Only at Renewal

The only hands-on time many crews get is a skills check every two years, and rare skills slip in between.

Nobody Owns Readiness

Cards, CE and skills practice live in different places, so no one can say the whole crew is ready.

With Code Blue Training

One Partner, One Calendar

AHA, NAEMT, CE, initial education and sim lab time, booked through one team and one dashboard.

Taught by Working EMS Educators

Instructors who know the job teach every stage of your crew's training, at your station, at our training center or live remote.

CE Tracked Automatically

CAPCE-accredited CE runs online or in person, and online credit shows up on your dashboard without the paperwork.

Drilled Before the Real Call

Simulation labs with manikins, virtual reality and advanced equipment let crews practice rare, high-risk calls by the hour.

From the Field

Crews That Trained With Us

“I completed my entire CAPCE recertification in one weekend. The video lessons were clear, the quizzes actually tested my knowledge, and I had my certificate before Monday morning.”

SM
Sarah Mitchell
Paramedic, 8 years

“Finally a CE platform that respects my time. No fluff, no filler. Every module was relevant to what I actually do on the truck. Worth every penny.”

JR
James Rodriguez
EMT-B, Fire Rescue

“The cardiac modules alone were worth signing up. I picked up assessment techniques I started using on my very next shift. This is how continuing education should be.”

AC
Amanda Chen
Flight Paramedic, 12 years

“We switched our entire department to Code Blue Training. Tracking compliance across 40 providers used to be a nightmare. Now I can see everyones progress in one dashboard.”

MT
Marcus Thompson
EMS Coordinator

“As a nurse who also holds a paramedic cert, finding CE that counts for both was always a hassle. Code Blue made it simple. One course, proper credit, zero headaches.”

RF
Rachel Foster
Registered Nurse, ER

“I work full time and volunteer on the weekends. Being able to knock out CE hours from my phone during lunch breaks has been a game changer for keeping my cert current.”

DP
David Park
EMT, Volunteer Squad

“I recommend Code Blue to all my students transitioning from class to the field. The scenarios are realistic, the content is current, and the platform is dead simple to use.”

LH
Lisa Hernandez
Paramedic Instructor

“The pharmacology and 12 lead interpretation courses are outstanding. Genuinely challenging content that pushed me to study, not just click through slides to get a certificate.”

KO
Kevin OBrien
Critical Care Paramedic

“Our dispatchers need CE hours too and most platforms forget about us. Code Blue has dispatch specific modules that are actually written for our role. That matters.”

TW
Tanya Williams
Dispatch Supervisor

“Working rural means I cannot just drive to a conference for CE. This platform let me stay current from home with content that actually applies to low resource settings.”

BK
Brian Kelly
Paramedic, Rural EMS
