Initial review for transport clinicians preparing for the IBSC Maternal Fetal Transport microcredential. We work the MFT content outline and the areas IBSC says the microcredential focuses on: current maternal assessments, the changes to maternal physiology that matter in transport, pharmacology, maternal patient-centric care and multidisciplinary collaboration with the sending and receiving teams. The in-person day adds hands-on obstetric emergency practice. The IBSC exam is 65 items (50 scored) in 75 minutes, taken only by live remote proctor, and the microcredential is valid for two years. The IBSC exam fee is not included. IBSC does not yet list any approved MFT review course, and our own application is pending.

No. You apply for the MFT exam and pay IBSC directly. IBSC lists the fee at $165 on its 2026 fee schedule. IBSC sets eligibility and testing options, and we do not administer or score IBSC exams.
Yes, on the in-person day at our training center. The live remote class covers the same outline without the hands-on stations. The MFT exam itself is a knowledge exam, taken by live remote proctor only.
Do not count on it. Under the 2026 IBSC MFT handbook, the microcredential renews every two years with 50 continuing education credits, at least 10 of them directly related to maternal care, and IBSC still marks MFT recertification as in progress. This course is exam review, our IBSC Approved Review Course application is pending, and we have not confirmed CE approval for it. Check with IBSC before counting any of our hours toward recertification.
Open a course, pick a session and select Reserve Seat, then pay on our secure payment page by card or bank account (ACH). Paying online adds a processing fee, and you see the exact total before you pay. Your seat is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. To pay by card over the phone or an agency purchase order instead, reserve your seat, then contact us. If no date works for you, request one.
Cancellation and reschedule terms depend on the course and are shown before you reserve. Contact us as early as you can and we will help you move to another date when seats are open.
