Our IBSC Approved Review Course application is pending, so do not count these hours toward IBSC recertification without checking with IBSC. Any IBSC fee is paid to IBSC directly.

Do not count on it. The 2026 CP-C handbook says 16 of your recertification hours must come from an approved CP-C review class, while another IBSC page says CP-C does not require one. Our IBSC Approved Review Course application is pending, so check with IBSC before counting any of our hours toward recertification.
No. You apply for the CP-C exam and pay IBSC directly. IBSC lists the fee at $285 for affiliate members and $385 for non-members on its 2026 fee schedule. IBSC charges the same amount to recertify. IBSC sets eligibility and testing options, and we do not administer or score IBSC exams.
Open a course, pick a session and select Reserve Seat, then pay on our secure payment page by card or bank account (ACH). Paying online adds a processing fee, and you see the exact total before you pay. Your seat is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. To pay by card over the phone or an agency purchase order instead, reserve your seat, then contact us. If no date works for you, request one.
Cancellation and reschedule terms depend on the course and are shown before you reserve. Contact us as early as you can and we will help you move to another date when seats are open.
